"I inherited a 2001 Buick Park Avenue with very low miles that was kept on a charger but hadn’t been driven in a while. When I checked it out, the blinker wasn’t operating properly along with the brake light and parking light. This was right around Christmas time. Called Oades and they were very honest about the wait time. We have other vehicles so, no problem. While the car was with them, Alicia was who I worked with. She was fantastic with giving me updates and letting me know what was going on. The issue turned out to be a little more in depth and in order to get to the root of the problem, labor was intense. I actually work somewhere that I am able to check labor times. Not that I thought they were lying, it was just a lot of work! The great hardworking people at Oades are honest, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. As stated before, we have other vehicles, we will definitely be servicing them here. Not like Discount tire up the street who wanted us to just go on ahead and bend over while they used zero lube and got us for $380 PER TIRE. We had been a customer of discount tire for a long time too. We are now loyal customers of Blue Springs Service Center. We waited about an hour, which was quick for as many cars as they had.
