Bill Oades Sr., the founder of the business, started his tire and auto service business on December 7, 1987 in Kansas City, Kansas at State Avenue Goodyear. This followed a 16 year career with Mobil Oil Corporation (now ExxonMobil), where Bill first went to work after graduating from Rockhurst University, assisting numerous individuals in their ownership and operation of Mobil service stations and convenience stores. During the past 35+years, Bill and his sons have operated their three tire and auto service centers. Since day one, Bill has stressed “customer service” as the way to grow and sustain his business. He's proud to point to the company's numerous reviews, proving that excellent customer service is the way to business success! Bill and his wife Peggy raised their 6 children in various cities as Bill traveled with Mobil. All 6 of Bill’s children now call KC home, as do their 24 grandchildren when they’re not in school at KU and soon Creighton. Bill and Peggy have been very active and proud parishioners of the Church of the Nativity in Leawood, KS for over 35 years.

Billy Oades spent numerous years working in the stores throughout his high school and college days, learning the business from the ground up. After ten years in the commercial insurance industry, Billy returned to the business in 2012 to assist in the growth of the stores. Billy now owns the stores, along with Bill & Jimmy, and gives input into all aspects of the business with a focus on the financial side. Billy and his wife Lisa have four children ranging from 3-9 and are proud parishioners of Cure of Ars in Leawood, KS.

Jimmy Oades, the youngest of Bill’s six children, has been in the business in some capacity since 2003, when he started performing oil changes and tire repairs, coming on full time in 2010, after graduating from the University of Kansas. Jimmy, along with his brother Billy, now own and operate all three locations as owners, giving input into every aspect of the business with a focus on customer experience and employee retention. Jimmy and his wife Richelle have three children ranging from 1-6 years old and is a proud parishioner at St. Ann’s in Prairie Village, KS.

Bill shares with pride that he and wife, Peggy, graduated all six of their children from the University of Kansas over a 21 year consecutive period.

Bill, his family, and his employees believe in their Mission Statement: “To serve God by making our customers’ motoring more pleasant, easy, safe, and economical, all while treating them with integrity and honesty.” Living the Mission Statement is assisted by their participation in the AAA Approved Auto Repair Program, being an A+ member of the Kansas City Better Business Bureau, participation in the NAPA True Blue program which provides the stores with competitively priced replacement parts and mechanic training.
